Thank you for your interest in applying to be a Middle School Summer Camp Counselor or CIT (counselor in training)!

For High School students, Summer Camp has two options. You can either participate in the High School Discipleship Training camp (June 6-9) only, or you can apply to be a counselor or *CIT (counselor-in-training) at the middle school camp (June 11-15). HS Teens who are selected to be counselors and CITs must attend the discipleship training camp in addition to the middle school camp.

All HS teens attending the discipleship training camp will enjoy a week of Christ-centered leadership skill building, prayer and worship, faith building and sharing and of course having a great time! The week will include tracts for teens to grow in over-all leadership and faith as well as tracts specially geared in preparing for the upcoming summer camp.

Due to popularity, it is necessary for us to have a selection process for teens wishing to serve as counselors and CITs. at the MS summer camp. HS youth who desire to serve as counselors/CITs need to fill out an online application (below) and attend an interview. Counselors and CITs will be expected to have full commitment to both weeks, involvement in faith development and/or service to St. Gabriel, and a strong desire to serve middle school youth selflessly. Previous experience may be considered but is not required. All applications must be completed by the April 2nd deadline.

HS Teens serving as counselors and CITs may use this experience for service hours (excluding overnight hours during the lock-in portion of discipleship training week)
